The SecretaryZone team has created hundreds of PDF fillable forms. We can convert your existing document, to a dynamic PDF form.

Using Constant Contact or MailChimp, we can create beautiful eBlasts to send your clients. We can also maintain your contacts list. 

POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONS

We can design or reformat your Microsoft PowerPoint presentation with using graphics, animations, and transitions.

FACEBOOK AND TWITTER

Using content that you provide, we can post to Facebook and Twitter, saving you time. 

Rates

The hourly rate is $85 per hour, billed in15-minute increments.

No minimum required.

SecretaryZone uses a monthly billing cycle. Invoices are generated on or around the last day of every month.

Payment options are as follows: company check, major credit card, and PayPal. 

A monthly retainer is available by request.
